Pumpkin Spice Creamer

It’s pumpkin season!!!!! You cannot imagine the excitement of being able to make everything pumpkin. Pumpkin decor, pumpkin pillow, and creamer. Soon I’ll be making pumpkin coquito lol.

I’ve look all over on how to make pumpkin spice creamer and felt for me this was the best one.

Ingredients may vary depending on your preference. I used half and half, now you can use any other milk I chose half and half. I also chose to heat it in the stove to combine all the flavors. Some of the video I encountered used the froster to incorporate the ingredients. Now for me it was a definite no.

I found this pumpkin oil/flavoring used for baking, cookies and hard candy. Unfortunately it wasn’t in my neighborhood. I was in Bay Ridge Brooklyn and one thing I love doing is going into different neighborhoods with different ethnicities to the supermarkets. I’m that kind to try different types of food.

Let’s get to this creamer. Ingredients

3 table spoons of Pumpkin Purée

1 13. Oz condensed water

1 1/2 cups of half and half

Pumpkin Spice

And if you can find the pumpkin flavoring I use 2 caps. You can look on the video to see it. Now this is optional.

Again you can use as more or less to your preference. if you want it sweeter add more condensed milk and so forth.

Mix all ingredients in a pot, place on stove and mix for about 3 minutes and make sure to use a whisk or a spoon to continue mixing on medium heat.

Now you can use this creamer for cold and hot. First attempt was with hot coffee delicioso and second I made a latte and again delicious.
